In light of recent trends within the independent dealer community as it pertains to acquisitions and owners wishing to exit the office products business, your cooperative has created the Connections Acquisition Program to help buyers and sellers connect with each other. Many times we hear of a dealer wishing to exit the business, but they often don’t know where to turn when it comes to how to prepare and who might be interested in acquiring them.  We also hear from dealers that are growing or wish to grow through acquisitions, that the dealership down the street or in an adjacent community sold or closed its doors, and had they known, they would have been interested in talking to them.

One of the Strategic Initiatives within the Independent Stationers Strategic Plan is to help its members and affiliates who wish to buy or sell their business make the necessary connections to do so.  If you fall into either one of these categories, or just wish to learn more so you’re better prepared when the day comes, plan on attending one of two webinars below.
